Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in medical writing, strong English and AMA style, and experience with regulatory documents. Collaboration with Clinical Solutions and cross-functional teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in science, technical, or medical writing.
• Experience in the biopharmaceutical, device, or contract research organization industry.
• Strong knowledge of FDA and ICH regulations, other regulatory guidelines, and/or good publication practices.
• Experience writing relevant document types required.
• Extensive knowledge of English grammar and ability to communicate clearly; AMA style.

Responsibilities

• Leads the clear and accurate completion of medical writing deliverables and coordinates activities across departments.
• Completes a variety of documents including protocols, clinical study reports, patient narratives, ICFs, summaries, and manuscripts.
• Adheres to ICH E3 guidelines and SOPs, and ensures on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Coordinates quality and editorial reviews; mentors team members and leads document reviews.
• Acts as peer reviewer for content clarity, consistency, and formatting.
• Interacts with clients and internal teams to produce high-quality writing deliverables.
• Performs online literature searches and complies with copyright requirements.
• Travels up to 25% as needed.
