Location: Remote (8 hours/day, any timezone)

About the Client

Our client operates multiple fast-scaling e-commerce brands in beauty, lifestyle, and consumer goods, spending $20,000$25,000 daily across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and preparing to expand aggressively into additional platforms. They are now seeking a world-class Media Buyer who can confidently manage high budgets and drive growth across multiple sales channels.

About the Role

We are looking for an elite, highly experienced Media Buyer to take ownership of all paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. This is not an entry-level or mid-level role we need someone who has already managed multi-eight to nine-figure ad spend and is capable of outperforming our current in-house buyer.

Youll be responsible for scaling campaigns, optimizing performance, and collaborating closely with the creative team to ensure ad success. The role requires deep technical knowledge, fast problem-solving, and a strategic mindset to push results far beyond industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meta Expertise (Core Focus)
  • Manage and scale $20K-$25K+ daily ad spend across multiple brands
  • Operate confidently with ABO, CBO, Advantage Plus, custom audiences, and custom events
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly (e.g., disapproved ads, catalog issues, UTMs, tracking setups)
  • Expand brands into TikTok Ads, Google Ads (incl. Shopping), Snapchat, and Pinterest
  • Test and establish new sales channels for consistent scaling
  • Analyze ad performance to identify why creatives succeed or fail
  • Provide clear feedback to creative strategists for iterations and new directions
  • Collaborate with video editors/designers to produce high-performing creatives
  • Optimization & Reporting
  • Implement advanced tracking and attribution (Triple Whale, UTMs, GA4, etc.)
  • Ensure accurate reporting across platforms and provide actionable insights
  • Execute surf-scaling strategies, budget adjustments, and performance monitoring
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, design, strategy)
  • Share best practices, introduce new tools/softwares, and bring fresh ideas to the table
  • Communicate clearly about budget changes, campaign structures, and results
Requirements
  • Proven track record of managing 8-9 figure ad spend, primarily on Meta
  • Deep knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager (ABO, CBO, Advantage Plus, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (including Shopping), TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest
  • Strong familiarity with tracking tools (Triple Whale, UTMs, GA4, etc.)
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills for ad disapprovals, catalog issues, misrepresentation flags
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment with multiple brands
  • Strong communicator and team player with experience in feedback loops for creatives
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize beyond let it optimize thinking
