FERCHAU Poland is looking for an experienced Mechanical Architect to join our team and support projects in the area of Electrical Energy Storage Solutions!

Work mode: Remote, however, we are looking for candidates residing permanently in Poland

Contract options: Employment Contract / Contract of Mandate / B2B - full-time

This will be your future job:

• Develop and shape mechanical platforms and overall architectural designs
• Serve as a technical expert on client-focused projects
• Play a key role in defining the company's technology strategy and product roadmap
• Participate in research and development initiatives
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior engineers
• Enhance mechanical development workflows and create or improve engineering tools

Your profile:

• Strong mechanical development skills, including simulations, engineering calculations, 2D/3D modeling, thermal management, DFM/DFA, EMC, and product standards compliance
• At least 5 years of professional experience in mechanical architecture design and end-to-end product development, preferably within the automotive , industrial , or high-tech sectors
• Proficient in any CAD , PLM , and PDM systems
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes : aluminum casting, plastic molding, sheet metal, laser welding, etc.
• Experience with industrialization, supplier collaboration, and product testing (vibration, IP, thermal, EMC)
• Understanding of electrical engineering principles, energy storage, and power electronics
