Senior Master Data Analyst / Leader

As the Senior Master Data Analyst / Leader for the Master Data Data Product, you will be a vital member of the MRHub Team within the Data Management & Data Quality Platforms department. Your primary mission is to deliver high‑quality IT operation services that empower our business partners to reliably provide life‑saving products to patients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Master Data Product setup and lifecycle, independent of specific source systems
• Manage and direct a small external team (4 people) delivering the Master Data Data Products and Snowflake capabilities
• Manage the end‑to‑end request process for new/changed Master Data Data Products: intake, governance board engagement, approvals, coordinating with source system owners
• Design and implement the Data Product technically in Snowflake (pipelines, datasets, exposure for consumption)
• Coordinate closely with the Data Quality team and Ataccama to ensure data quality rules run on Snowflake datasets from the Master Data Data Products
• Serve as the main operational contact for ongoing demand, changes, and incident/support needs around the Master Data Data Products
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs and develop a product roadmap that aligns with business goals
• Define and prioritise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for data and analytics products and ensure delivery of agreed items
• Collaborate with Infrastructure Teams and software developers to ensure that data and analytics products are integrated into existing systems and platforms in a sustainable way that meets business needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
• Extensive experience leading complex data science projects from end‑to‑end and driving significant business impact
• Proven track record of working closely with senior leadership to inform and influence high‑level strategic business decisions
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing enterprise‑wide data science frameworks and best practices

Technical Skills

• Deep understanding of Master Data, Data Quality and related domains
• Strong data product mindset (source‑agnostic design, consumption focus, lifecycle thinking)
• Hands‑on Snowflake and data engineering skills (pipelines, modeling, integration from multiple sources, dbt, Talend, Gitlab)
• Solid project management and business analysis skills (leading PoCs, migrations, coordinating many stakeholders)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range 19 000 – 35 400 PLN gross based on the employment contract
