Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in market risk within energy, commodities, or financial services.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse daily P&L and attribute drivers.
• Monitor and enhance market risk metrics.
• Identify emerging risks and communicate effectively.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve issues.

Skills

Strong experience working in an ETRM environment

Excellent Excel skills

Programming capability (e.g., Python, R)

Root-cause analysis skills

Fluency in Polish

Fluency in English

Education

Degree in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, or a related field

CFA/FRM (or progress toward them)
