KUBO is seeking a Manual Tester to join our team in Wrocław. You will perform manual testing of complex embedded and system-level software, craft and execute test cases, and contribute to test strategy in an Agile/Scrum setting.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of software testing experience, strong defect-reporting skills, and hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, and Office 365. We value collaboration with international teams and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software testing experience.
• Experience in manual testing of complex systems (embedded/system-level preferred).
• Strong test design, execution, and documentation skills.
• Experience with requirements analysis and test coverage planning.
• Excellent defect identification and reporting abilities.

Responsabilités

• Perform manual testing of complex systems, including embedded and system-level software.
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test documentation.
• Analyze requirements and specifications and translate them into test coverage.
• Identify defects, report bugs, and support their resolution.
• Implement and adapt test strategies per project needs.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and continuous improvement.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams.
