Syncron AB is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager AI & ML to lead a high-impact team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI specialists in building cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. The role requires deep DS/AI/ML expertise with strong leadership and global collaboration.

Responsibilities include strategic leadership, team management, and defining a scalable AI/ML architecture roadmap across data collection, storage, and analysis. Experience deploying ML models in production at scale is essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in data science & machine learning with leadership.
• Experience deploying ML models in production at scale.
• Developed scalable ML systems and architectures for multi-customer use.
• Proficient in Python for model development and data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: develop and execute the data science strategy with focus on ML, MLOps, and AutoML.
• Team Management: mentor and grow a team of data scientists and ML engineers.
• Define and evolve the AI/ML architecture roadmap for scalability.
• Data Strategy: roadmap for data collection, storage, and analysis with ML pipelines.
• Advanced Analytics: oversee deployment of predictive models and algorithms.
• Model Lifecycle Enhancement: improve lifecycle time and scalability via MLOps and AutoML.
