Senior Machine Learning Researcher @ RTB House

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Researcher to develop innovative recommendation and bidding models for our RTB platform.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and analysis of new model architectures, such as convolutional networks and transformers.
• Analyze differences in distribution of training and production data, estimate problem scale, identify solutions, implement, and deploy.
• Experiment with transfer learning techniques.
• Develop new approaches to generating product recommendations free from proxy targets using contrastive loss functions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience with Machine Learning / Data Science.
• Proficiency in programming (Python, Java, Scala) and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, Pandas, Jupyter Notebooks).
• Strong knowledge of statistics and probability.
• Interest and willingness to constantly develop in the area of Machine Learning.
• Experience in the ML industry and designing recommendation systems (additional advantage).
