Job summary

MPower Plus is seeking a senior Linux engineer with 8–10+ years of hands-on RHEL experience to lead design, deployment, and lifecycle management of Linux infrastructure. You will work with clusters (Veritas/PowerHA/Red Hat), HPC, GPFS, and backup solutions (Cohesity/Networker), and contribute to patching and lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

Minimum 8–10+ years of hands-on Linux (RHEL) experience.
Experience in Linux product engineering and lifecycle management.
Proficient in Linux (RHEL) design and implementation.
Experience with LVM, user management and troubleshooting.
Experience patching Linux (RHEL) infrastructure.
Familiar with patching tools for Linux servers.
Understanding of cluster solutions: Veritas Cluster, PowerHA, Red Hat Cluster, HPC, GPFS, PCS.
Experience in LPAR installation and maintenance.
Understanding backup/storage: Cohesity and Networker.
