Job summary

A leading social discovery company in Poland is seeking a Senior/Lead Product Designer to work remotely. You will be responsible for user-focused design, data analysis, and collaboration with development teams. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with B2C products and high proficiency in English and Russian. Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products.
  • Ability to use both product and UX metrics for decision-making.
  • Create high-quality design and technical documentation.
  • Conduct user research methods including interviews and surveys.
  • Experience working as a self-starter with minimal oversight.
  • Proficiency in English (B2) and Russian (C1+).

We are looking for a Senior/Lead Product Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Data Collection, Analysis, and Research: Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement and evaluate business processes and conduct research, such as surveys, to pinpoint potential issues.
  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders. Create detailed technical documentation for the IT department.
  • Presentations and Recommendations: Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives. Produce written reports summarizing data analysis.
  • Implementation Support: Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes. Gather data to assess the impact of implemented changes.
  • Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Provide detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications to support the development process.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and other data sources. Continuously seek opportunities to refine and enhance the user experience.
  • UI/UX Design, Interaction Design: Design intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional. Develop high‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma.
  • Visual Design: Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces. Ensure that all visual elements adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience working with product teams as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products.
  • Using both product metrics and UX metrics to shape your decisions.
  • Provision of high‑quality Design and Technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with User Research Methods, both qualitative and quantitative, and expertise in conducting them, such as interviews, usability testing, user surveys, and A/B tests.
  • Experience with Figma, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Being a self‑starter: you thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight.
  • B2 or higher level of English proficiency.
  • С1+ of Russian proficiency.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co‑working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years.
