ELITE FACILITY SERVICES AND CONSTRUCTION is seeking a Lead Plumber for a remote role based in Los Angeles, CA. You will lead a team delivering residential and commercial plumbing solutions, driving service quality and client satisfaction across projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of plumbing experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will manage on-site activities, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with codes while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience in residential/commercial systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Valid driver with an excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily plumbing service calls.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and propose timely solutions.
• Communicate with Office about onsite issues.
• Coordinate with Suppliers/Vendors.
• Prepare estimates with all required information.
• Maintain a clean and safe work vehicle.
• Complete service reports and check in/out IVR systems.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Manage project timelines and budgets for workflows.
• Engage with clients to understand plumbing needs.
• Maintain records of work and materials.
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergency plumbing services.
