As a Senior/Lead Full-Stack Engineer, you will contribute to technical decisions, improve system architecture, develop new functionality, and help evolve the platform as it scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on commercial experience with PHP.
• 3+ years of hands-on commercial experience with React.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable full-stack solutions using PHP and React.
• Contribute to architectural improvements and technical decisions.
• Improve and scale existing backend and frontend components.
• Implement the transition from a monolithic API structure toward multiple API services.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues across application layers and integrations.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver reliable product improvements.
• Share knowledge and support engineering best practices within the team.

About the Project

You will join a Property Operations SaaS platform that helps organizations manage and optimize property-related processes through digital solutions.

The product includes multiple interconnected modules designed to improve operational workflows, provide intuitive user experiences, and support integrations with external systems.

As a Senior/Lead Full-Stack Engineer, you will contribute to technical decisions, improve system architecture, develop new functionality, and help evolve the platform as it scales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable full-stack solutions using PHP and React
• Contribute to architectural improvements and technical decisions
• Improve and scale existing backend and frontend components
• Implement the transition from a monolithic API structure toward multiple API services
• Investigate and resolve technical issues across application layers and integrations
