Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking an experienced JDE / IBM i Developer to support, enhance, and modernize a complex enterprise supply chain environment. The platform includes JD Edwards on IBM i / AS/400, an on-premise WMS, and middleware integrations connecting ERP and warehouse operations.

You will own the end-to-end solution architecture across JDE, IBM i / AS/400, WMi, and related supply chain applications, and work with stakeholders to define scalable designs and modern integration patterns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture and/or supply chain technology.
• Strong experience with JD Edwards (JDE) and IBM i / AS/400 environments.
• Experience designing and supporting ERP-to-WMS integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture across JDE, IBM i / AS/400, WMi, middleware, and related supply chain apps.
• Analyze current landscape and define scalable, supportable designs.
• Design and improve ERP-to-WMS integrations.
• Document end-to-end transaction/data flows across order management, inventory, warehousing, receiving, picking, packing, shipping, distribution, and transportation.
• Provide architectural guidance for IBM i / AS/400 environments, including modernization and integration strategies.
• Lead root-cause analysis for complex issues spanning ERP, middleware, WMS, and databases.
