Job summary

Jit Team poszukuje doświadczonego Senior/Lead Java Developera do wewnętrznego zespołu obsługującego projekty związane z budową i modernizacją aplikacji dla klientów. Praca hybrydowa 2 dni w tygodniu w biurze w Gdańsku lub Warszawie, z realnym wpływem na architekturę rozwiązań i kierunek techniczny projektów.

Wymagane min. 5 lat doświadczenia w Javie (Java 11+), Spring/Spring Boot, REST/SOAP, SQL i Hibernate/JPA, CI/CD (Jenkins), Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, JUnit, a także umiejętność

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial Java development (Java 11+).
• Experience with Spring / Spring Boot.
• Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP API).
• Relational databases (SQL) and ORM (Hibernate/JPA).
• Experience in backend architecture design.
• CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins) and Git.
• Container tech (Docker; Kubernetes/OpenShift preferred).
• Unit and integration testing (JUnit).
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT).
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make independent technical decisions.
• English at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and evolve backend applications in Java.
• Influence architecture, code quality and technical direction of projects.
• Lead or mentor the team depending on seniority.
• Collaborate with analysts, testers and Product Owner to define and implement features.
• Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards.
