Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior JVM developer in Poland to design, build and implement custom applications for diverse clients using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot. You will contribute to microservices architectures in cloud environments and collaborate closely with QA and DevOps to ensure high-quality delivery in an Agile setting.

Fluency in Polish and English is essential; you will operate across international teams with flexible work location, including client sites in Kraków or Wrocław, and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial Java/Kotlin development (JVM languages).
• Practical experience with the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Hibernate).
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases; strong SQL and REST APIs design.
• Understanding CI/CD and tools such as Jenkins, GitCI, Maven, Nexus, SonarQube and Git.
• Ability to work with Docker; basic familiarity with Kubernetes.
• Fluent Polish and English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and implement custom applications for clients using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot.
• Contribute to microservices architectures hosted in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps to ensure quality and smooth delivery pipelines.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and participate in ceremonies.
• Support flexible work locations including remote or onsite as project requires.
