Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join a large-scale Java application project. You will analyze business requirements and production issues, design robust solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to deliver high-quality software.

You will own features end-to-end—from analysis through testing, deployment, and production support—while contributing to automated testing and engineering best practices in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Java backend experience in large-scale enterprise applications.
• Solid knowledge of Java, Spring/Spring Boot, OO design and clean code.
• Experience with AWS or another major cloud provider.
• Strong understanding of architecture, performance and maintainability.
• Experience with automated testing (unit/integration).
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery practices.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• Advanced level of Polish and English.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join a team working on a large-scale Java application for one of the largest loyalty program. In this role, you will analyze business requirements and production issues to design robust solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and product teams. This role involves business trips to Warsaw once a month.

• Experience with automated testing, including unit and integration tests
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
• Advanced level of Polish and English
