AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Java Developer to design and build secure, scalable server-side solutions including a client integration system built from the ground up. You will work with Design and Product teams to understand requirements, estimate work, and plan sprints, while delivering high-quality code on time.

The role emphasizes Java/SQL proficiency, microservices architecture, and a DevOps mindset with strong CI/CD practices, plus upper-intermediate English.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of SaaS experience.
• High level of proficiency in Java and SQL.
• Knowledge of or prior experience with microservices architecture.
• DevOps mindset of automation and continuous improvement.
• Good understanding of observability and familiarity with strong CI/CD practices.
• A proven ability to meet deadlines, motivate others, and consistently produce high-quality, impactful results.
• Upper-intermediate and higher English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build a clean, reusable client integration system following secure cloud software best practices.
• Collaborate with Design and Product teams to understand requirements, estimate work, plan sprints, and meet delivery timelines.
• Plan and estimate development work and delivery timelines accurately.
• Contribute to technical documentation and automated build and deployment processes that improve engineering efficiency.
• Review code submitted by other software engineers and submit your own code for review as part of the pull-request deployment process.
