Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, plus expertise in SQL, Python, and BMC Helix. Designing and building a stable, scalable, near real‑time and reliable BMC Helix data replication solution
Build, design and maintain data architecture ensuring complete collection and quality of data while adhering to best data practices
Design, build, test and maintain data pipelines
Troubleshooting and innovating
Working within SAFe Scrum Team with the aligned autonomy
Acting as a subject matter expert and make recommendations to IT and business stakeholders
Development & Performance, Goals and Follow‑up to plan your individual competence and skills development with your manager and feedback from colleagues and your stakeholders
Requirements
Hands‑on experience with IT Service Management data integrations, preferably BMC Helix
Practical experience in data warehousing, data storage, data security, ETL processes, and code version control (Technologies: SSIS, Snowflake)
Strong professional experience with SQL (preferably T‑SQL), Python, and Apache Airflow
Proven experience working with data platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and Dataverse
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, using tools such as Bamboo and/or Jenkins
Lean‑Agile trained or certified, with practical experience in Scrum or SAFe frameworks
At least 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role
Master's degree in Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
Nice to have
ITIL Foundation certified or proven work experience in IT Service Management
