Luxoft is seeking an experienced risk reporting professional to strengthen credit risk reporting, regulatory reporting and data governance across an international banking environment. Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of experience in credit risk roles with focus on risk reporting.
• Experience designing and controlling senior management and committee reporting.
• Strong data governance knowledge including data ownership, lineage and data elements.
• Strong analytical skills: portfolio analysis, trend interpretation, root-cause analysis.
• Experience improving or automating reporting processes and using BI tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication with ability to influence across senior stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word & PowerPoint, and Python.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and borders with multicultural awareness.

Aufgaben

• Design, produce, review and control senior management and committee reporting.
• Support credit risk reporting, regulatory reporting and portfolio analysis.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency and traceability of reported data.
• Oversee data quality controls, reconciliations and issue remediation.
• Support data governance standards, including data ownership, lineage and critical data elements.
• Analyse portfolio trends, investigate data discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Identify opportunities to optimise and automate reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Technology, Operations and Data stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ensure reporting controls and governance standards are maintained.
