A leading life sciences consulting firm is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager in Poland to lead the rollout of automated certificate lifecycle management solutions. Qualifications

8+ years of IT infrastructure or security project management experience.
Experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
Familiarity with certificate management, PKI concepts, or related automation.
Background in regulated industries such as pharma, biotech, or finance.
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks like GxP and ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of global certificate and secure access automation across IT & OT.
Oversee integration of ServiceNow workflows and tooling for certificate management.
Implement certificate monitoring, CMDB mapping, and secure code signing.
Guide the development of SOPs and compliance documentation.
Coordinate handover to IAM Managed Services.
Provide regular reporting to the steering committee.
Manage project budget, resources, milestones, and communications.
