We are looking for experienced German speaking IT Consultant with Linux and AWS.

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring smooth IT operations using ITIL processes
• Developing and applying incident response and problem management playbooks
• Supporting teams in crisis management
• Implementing root cause analyses
• Initiating improvement measures
• Analyzing existing systems and infrastructures

Our requirements

• Hands-on experience in IT operations, crisis management and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methods
• System and infrastructure knowledge (especially AWS, Linux)
• Experience with monitoring, logging, ticketing and collaboration tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Kibana, Grafana)
• Project experience in implementing operational and improvement initiatives (Change and Continuous Improvement)
• ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management certification
• Fluent German (C1)
