BeOne Medicines in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Intercompany Accountant (English-speaking) to join the Accounting Shared Service Centre. You will manage intercompany transactions, settlements, and reconciliations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include month-, quarter-, and year-end closes, transfer pricing recharges, and collaboration with US, Europe, and Asia teams. Strong SAP/S4HANA experience and US GAAP knowledge are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Business/Finance; 5 years in Intercompany/RTR in a multinational finance env.
• SAP experience required; S/4HANA is a plus; strong US GAAP & European accounting knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment; remote work capability expected.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English; other languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Process intercompany transactions for BeOne Medicines entities.
• Reconcile intercompany balances per global accounting policies.
• Execute month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities.
• Prepare financial analyses for local management and HQ.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure timely reporting.
• Support system improvements and process optimization.
