  • are experienced in infrastructure and enterprise-scale environments, ideally in ING/CTO/Global Infrastructure.
  • are effective communicator, motivator, and bridge-builder between technical and business domains.

  • are able to lead technical conversations and contribute to informed decisions on architecture, infrastructure, and application landscapes.
  • have experience with various technology stacks like Linux/Windows, ICHP and basic network knowledge.
  • have experience driving initiatives in: Life cycle management, migrations, risk reduction and technical debt remediation.
  • are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • have a Bachelor’s or Master’s level of working and thinking.
Your responsibilities:
  • Represent the Global WB Tech Consumers of Global Infrastructure services to ensure their needs and priorities are addressed.
  • Drive strategic alignment and maintain strong relationships between Consumers, Global Infrastructure, and ING stakeholders for reliable, cost-effective and fit for purpose service delivery.
  • Communicate infrastructure insights and consumer feedback, enabling continuous service improvement and transparent, two-way communication.
  • Provide expert advice and manage life cycle of services in cooperation with Tribe stakeholders.
  • Have the ability to indicate the impact of certain WB Tech platform decisions on the Infrastructure service consumption.
  • Ensure informed decision making for the consuming of non-standard services, based on correct requirements and full understanding of the impact.
  • Identify and address governance gaps and manage stakeholder responsibilities (RACI)
  • Ensure sufficient and timely consumer engagement in the full service lifecycle to achieve high adoption rates of standard and automated Infrastructure services.
  • Support regulatory and risk initiatives, like DORA and Paradigm Shift, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
Information about the squad:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Integrator to join our WISDOM team within Wholesale Banking Tech/Cross Product Services/Infrastructure Expertise Services (IES), with the potential and ambition to succeed the current Chapterlead Integrators.

The WISDOM team drives the alignment with Global Infrastructure. You will be integral part of the IES area which vision and mission it is to facilitate scalable and resilient IT services to meet the evolving needs of our WB-Tech stakeholders, by:

  • Empowering Teams to foster and drive innovation and collaboration, and
  • Creating optimal Governance and Stakeholder Mngt to enhance service design, -development and -delivery to increase stakeholder value.

We work in close collaboration with Product Managers, service owners, and key stakeholders from Global Infrastructure, SRE, IT Security and Risk, WB Tech platform engineering, Enterprise Architecture and WB Tech Tribe leads.
