ABOUT THE ROLE

The Tech & Durables Customer Success team at NIQ acts as a strategic partner to our clients, helping them respond faster to changing market dynamics. We specialize in industries such as Consumer Electronics, Domestic Appliances, IT, Telecom, and others, delivering insights and recommendations that are critical to our clients' success.

We are currently looking for a motivated Senior Insight Analyst to join our Western Europe Insights COE team, which supports some of the biggest global Tech & Durables clients. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients predominantly in IT categories in the Nordic markets, helping them make better decisions based on research and sales data.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Become the trusted market expert in one or more categories / industry segments.
  • Manage strong relationships with own clients and collaborate with other consultants on preparing client presentations.
  • Develop fact-based answers to complex client key business questions.
  • Create and deliver compelling market presentations, providing insights and recommendations that help clients grow their business.
  • Drive adoption and usage (i.e. activation, reactivation and engagement) of our gfknewron platform within the client organization, by demonstrating clear ROI to clients.
  • Identify leads for cross-sell and upsell opportunities with the assigned client and product portfolio.
  • Contribute to the team and NIQ goals by participating in strategic internal projects

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business/Marketing/Economics/Statistics or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Retail, Market Research, Consulting or Product Management of durables or equivalent business units.
  • Knowledge of NielsenIQ and/or GfK data and systems is an asset
  • Fluent communication in English - verbal and written (at least C1 level)
  • Knowledge of Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (B2 and higher) is an asset
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Robust analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and resolve problems in a highly client-focused manner.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ease of working in a multicultural setting and a virtual environment
  • Interest in tech and IT products is an asset.
