Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Administrator to join our team and drive the cloud transformation. The role covers on-premises and cloud environments with emphasis on Microsoft Azure, hybrid setups, and migration projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT infrastructure experience in enterprise environments.
• Expert VMware virtualization knowledge; design, implement, maintain on-prem environments.
• Strong Windows Server and Linux administration skills.
• Hands-on Azure and AWS experience in hybrid cloud setups.
• Experience planning migrations from on-prem to Azure cloud.
• Networking skills: DNS, DHCP, IAM; storage (SAN/NAS/backup).
• English proficiency at B2 level.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Administrator to join the project and support the cloud transformation. The ideal candidate has strong skills in both on-premises infrastructure and cloud solutions, with a particular focus on Microsoft Azure. This role is for someone comfortable working in hybrid environments, capable of designing and implementing infrastructure solutions, and participating in cloud migrations. You will collaborate on transformation projects, support operational activities, and help resolve complex technical issues.

Your tasks

• Supporting and managing IT infrastructure in on-premises and cloud environments
• Managing Windows and Linux operating systems and server administration
• Designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex on-premises environments
• Managing network infrastructure, including routing, switching, DNS, and DHCP
• Planning and executing migrations from on-premises environments to Microsoft Azure
• Managing virtualization systems such as VMware and Hyper-V
• Automating processes using PowerShell and scripting
• Supporting project delivery and daily IT operations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure within enterprise environments
• Expert knowledge of VMware virtualization platforms and experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex on-premises environments
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux system administration
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS, as well as building and maintaining hybrid environments
• Previous work in planning and executing infrastructure migrations from on-premises to the cloud, especially Microsoft Azure
• Good knowledge of network infrastructure and IAM, DNS, and DHCP services in corporate environments
• Experience in storage solutions administration (SAN, NAS, backup & recovery) and automation using PowerShell
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
