Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Linux & Database) to ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of transactional systems. You will work across Linux environments, databases, and automation tools to investigate issues and support day-to-day operations in a hybrid setup.

You will analyze and manage data in relational databases, write complex SQL queries, and develop Bash/Python scripts to automate processes.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in a similar role supporting transactional systems.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Linux with proficient command-line usage.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and ability to write complex queries.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain transactional systems for stability and performance.
• Troubleshoot incidents and operational issues across Linux environments.
• Manage data in relational databases and execute complex SQL queries.
• Develop scripts in Bash or Python to automate operations.
• Support containerized and cloud-based environments, including Kubernetes.
