Senior HR Administrator

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee experience and a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a reliable Senior HR Administrator to join our dynamic and growing team in Poznań. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values integrity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

As a future HR team member, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Promote exceptional communication and customer service, acting as an employee-experience ambassador within the organisation
  • Maintain the highest standards of diligence and attention to detail in all HR administrative tasks
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and personal integrity at all times
  • Work both independently and collaboratively as an integral part of our HR team
  • Manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • Drive solutions through creative, “out-of-the-box” thinking and a continuous-improvement mindset
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
  • Fluent communication skills in Polish and English (min. B2 level), with excellent verbal and written abilities
  • Solid knowledge of Polish employment law essentials and strong understanding of HR practices
  • Completed studies or professional experience in HR (min. 2 years in a similar position)
  • Proven experience working with HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or Enova365
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Remedy, or another ticketing system
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to handle routine administrative tasks efficiently
  • A proactive approach to prioritising workload and multitasking, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A can-do attitude, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
