Nearform is seeking a Senior Golang Software Engineer for a fully remote contract in Poland. You will design and build applications using Go, collaborating with distributed teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions for diverse clients.

Responsibilities include component design, deployment practices, data storage, and performance optimization, while maintaining strong code quality. Strong English and client-facing collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Senior-level engineering experience (≥6 years).
• Agile development experience.
• Deep knowledge of Golang.
• Git version control proficiency.
• Testing across unit/integration/e2e.
• Experience with databases and cloud environments.
• CI/CD automation experience.
• Collaborative coding with PRs and code reviews.
• Excellent communication and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support component design, development, and maintenance with high technical quality.
• Help define structured practices for source control, build, and deployment.
• Design and implement data storage solutions.
• Optimize performance for speed and scalability.
• Gather feedback from users/clients and build solutions.
• Analyze client requirements and translate to technical tasks.
• Collaborate with Technical Leaders and client teams on delivery.
