Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Senior Demand Planning Specialist in Warsaw to lead cross-functional demand and supply planning efforts across affiliates. You will drive the monthly Demand Review, own the forecast submissions, and ensure master data quality to support reliable planning and launches.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with NPL, and ability to collaborate across functions in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, S&OP/IBP within complex/matrix orgs.
• Strong forecasting and planning processes knowledge with risk/opportunity tracking.
• Ability to lead cross-functional meetings with senior leaders.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Experience with New Product Launches (NPL) planning and lifecycle.
• Good data quality and master data governance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Align Commercial and Supply Chain plans and translate priorities into executable demand and supply plan.
• Lead the monthly Demand Review with key stakeholders.
• Own the demand forecast submission for all affiliates and franchises.
• Maintain and monitor master data to support reliable planning.
• Define the NPL strategy and planning approach for launches.
• Drive financial reconciliation between demand plan and financial expectations.
• Proactively manage obsolescence risks and inventory exposure.
