Accenture Poland is seeking an experienced Contact Center Implementation Consultant specializing in Genesys Cloud CX. You will lead end-to-end deployments, gather requirements, and design omnichannel journeys for enterprise clients across Europe and the Middle East.

Role requires hands-on configuration, integration with CRM/ERP, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Travel to client sites is expected, with flexible remote work arrangements and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Genesys Cloud CX in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of contact center operations and customer service processes.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Genesys Cloud CX solutions.
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Design contact center architectures and omnichannel customer journeys.
• Configure Genesys Cloud components: Voice, Digital channels, Outbound, Scripts, Knowledge, Bots, WFO/WFM, Reporting and analytics, Data Actions.
