Job summary

Sperasoft Kraków is seeking a QA Tester with hands-on experience in testing games built on Unreal Engine. You will perform daily product testing, report defects, verify fixes, conduct regression tests, and coordinate tasks with peers.

You will communicate with an international Client QA team and help mitigate risks for your tasks. Strong English proficiency, good communication, and familiarity with JIRA and Perforce are required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of software QA concepts, debugging processes, and issue reproduction.
• 3+ years of commercial experience in testing and delivering Unreal Engine projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team.
• Experience with tracking/version control tools (JIRA, Perforce) and collaboration.
• English proficiency (spoken and written) at least Intermediate; higher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily product testing: log and document new defects, verify fixes, and assist developers with reproducing tough bugs.
• Perform regression testing and coordinate own task scope with peers.
• Communicate daily with the foreign Client QA team.
• Propose risk mitigation plans for your tasks.
• Follow established team practices and standards.
• Capture knowledge and maintain your professional development plan.
