Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

The minimum monthly gross compensation for this role is 20240PLN, with final pay determined based on objective factors such as experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility, and internal alignment.

This position is eligible for variable pay components, such as performance‑based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work as part of a global agile development team to deliver & support best‑in‑class lab, greenhouse, and field operations for the industry leading Crop Science R&D pipeline.
• The Product Pipeline Platform is following the Dynamic Shared Ownership operating model which makes sure that you will be focusing on the outcomes of one of the platform’s functional units, working in a squad which fully owns its priorities to deliver the most value.
• Collaborate, partner & help prioritize work every day with your developer colleagues, product managers, product designers and partners in the business, through backlog workshops and user meetings.
• Create next generation distributed software systems enabled by AWS, common developer tooling and libraries, contribute to these as well as use them.
• Assure your applications are of high quality by implementing code quality practices, performing unit & integration testing, code scanning automation.
• Document your work and decisions following best practices like Architecture Decision Records.
• Mentor Junior Engineers you work with, help people around you grow with you.
• Own and develop your career by advancing your technical skills & domain knowledge.

WHO YOU ARE

• Either a higher education or working towards a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical field, or equivalent years of professional experience.
• Equivalent of5+ years prior software development or engineering experience.
• Programming skills at both back‑ as well as front‑end (preferred tech stack: JavaScript, Node.js, React, GraphQL, AWS).
• Experience with cloud technologies and deployment.
• Excellent communication skills, in English.
• Work with a global team across time‑zones, in a flexible, balanced schedule that you own, respecting Polish working hours.
• Engagement in taking ownership of solutions that you’re working on, contributing to common tooling and community.
• Willingness to learn, develop & innovate.
