Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience with at least 5 years of backend development using Python.
• 2+ years of frontend development; React is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of system design, software architecture, scalability, maintainability, testing, release management, debugging and production support.
• Experience designing and delivering production-ready solutions from concept through deployment and operational support.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into production systems, including orchestration and scalable AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to work with ambiguous business requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and make architectural decisions.
• Business level proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Project Description

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer (Python+React) to join a team developing AI-enabled business applications and services. The project focuses on transforming business ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions, with engineers involved across the entire software lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation, deployment, and production support. The environment is primarily backend-focused while also requiring regular frontend development and AI integration into customer-facing products and business workflows.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in software engineering, including 5+ years of backend development with Python
• 2+ years of frontend development experience; React is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of system design, software architecture, scalability, maintainability, testing, release management, debugging, and production support
• Experience designing and delivering production-ready solutions from concept through deployment and operational support
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into production systems, including orchestration, workload management, and scalable AI-enabled solutions
• Ability to work with ambiguous business requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and make architectural decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders
• Business level proficiency in the English language – written and verbal.
