Job summary

SoftServe is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to design and build scalable cloud-native tools for retail teams. You will shape architecture and deliver features across React front-end, Node.js back-end, and serverless components, turning operational data into intuitive products that improve on-shelf availability.

You will work across REST and GraphQL services, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and CI/CD pipelines, applying SOLID principles and testing strategies to deliver reliable software in a

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong proficiency with React, including Hooks.
• Solid understanding of Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Hands-on AWS Lambda and API Gateway experience.
• Testing expertise with unit/integration/end-to-end tests.
• Understanding of clean architecture and SOLID principles.
• Clear English communication for multinational teams.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end product features across React and Node.js with TypeScript.
• Improve system performance and scalability through architectural refinements.
• Implement REST APIs and integrate GraphQL services.
• Develop AWS Lambda functions and configure API Gateway with proper CORS.
• Apply testing practices across unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Enforce clean architecture, DI, and SOLID design principles.
• Use observability tools to troubleshoot and maintain production stability.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and code reviews.
