Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ lat doświadczenia w projektowaniu i budowie full-stack aplikacji Python+React.

• Silne doświadczenie w CI/CD, konteneryzacji i IaC.
• Mentorowanie inżynierów oraz prowadzenie dyskusji technicznych.

Responsibilities

• Projektowanie i dostarczanie pełnych funkcji full-stack w zespole produktowym.
• Współpraca z data scientists i inżynierami nad niezawodnymi, skalowalnymi rozwiązaniami.

• Extensive experience (5+ years) architecting and building full-stack applications with Python and React
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services (e.g., Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway) and cloud architecture patterns
• Proven experience designing scalable RESTful APIs and distributed systems
• Strong background in database design across relational and NoSQL systems
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical discussions
• Excellent communication skills for working across cross-functional, multi-project teams
• Architect and deliver full-stack solutions using Python on AWS and React, driving scalability and long-term maintainability
• Own technical decisions on system design, cloud infrastructure, and integration patterns, reducing risk and technical debt
• Partner closely with data scientists to align technical solutions with business goals
• Mentor mid-level engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance
• Design and optimize APIs, data flows, and AWS infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency
• Resolve complex technical issues spanning front-end, back-end, and infrastructure layers
