Job summary

Relativity ODA LLC in Kraków is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, write, test, deploy, and support Relativity software products for the RelativityOne SaaS platform.

You will work in a senior team with stakeholders to evolve features, services, and data-driven decisions, delivering reliable cloud-native solutions with a focus on frontend development in React and TypeScript.

Qualifications

• Advanced React with TypeScript proficiency and strong UI fundamentals.
• Front-end testing integrated into CI pipelines.
• 5+ years shipping C#/.NET or similar services with measurable reliability gains.
• Experience architecting distributed SaaS systems and translating business needs into resilient designs.
• Production ownership experience including on-call rotations and root cause analyses and using telemetry to reduce MTTR.
• Experience with cloud-native delivery; Azure is preferred.
• CI/CD automation, automated testing and deployment governance.
• English fluency for technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Create architecture for Import/Export services meeting SLO/SLA targets.
• Decompose complex problems into resilient, cloud-native designs.
• Deliver milestones with measurable outcomes.
• Mentor team on code quality and best practices.
• Own production systems with on-call and root-cause analyses.
• Improve observability and telemetry to reduce MTTR.
• Collaborate with Product to shape roadmap with data-backed decisions.
• Optimize CI/CD and automate deployments.
• Build front-end architecture for Import/Export using React and TypeScript.
• Develop accessible, performant UIs with modern React.
• Collaborate with Design to evolve a component library and UI standards.
