Job summary

Tarteel is seeking a senior full-stack developer to join our fully remote team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features, write clean code, and guide architectural decisions as we scale our product.

The role requires 5+ years in full-stack development, strong Python and SQL skills, and deep knowledge of modern web architectures. Expect collaboration with the CTO and flexible, remote work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with SQL
• Strong understanding of web application architecture, design patterns, and best practices
• Solid knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git)
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tools and processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Availability for meetings from Monday to Thursday between 8am and 12pm Eastern

Interview Process

Our interview process for this role consists of three stages:

• 60-minute technical screener, including a live coding problem
• 60-minute technical interview diving into more depth than the screener and also including a live coding problem
• 60-minute culture fit interview focused on situational scenarios and personal perspectives
