Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Full-stack Developer to build scalable cloud-native applications using Node.js and React or Angular, with AI integration. The role requires 4+ years of experience and hands-on cloud deployment on AWS/GCP/Azure.

The position supports hybrid work with on-site presence required at least 3 days a week in our Polish offices, including Wroclaw. Collaboration, mentoring, and adherence to CI/CD and DevOps practices are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven commercial experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong expertise in Node.js for building scalable back-end services and APIs.
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience in React or Angular for front-end development.
• Practical experience architecting and deploying cloud solutions on AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.
• Demonstrable experience integrating AI/ML tools, frameworks, or services into production systems.
• Practical AI experience (e.g., generative AI APIs, ML-powered features, AI-enabled services, GitHub Copilot agents, Claude Code, MCP development).
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, testing methodologies, CI/CD practices, and DevOps principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in hybrid teams.
