Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer who is passionate about building great products and solving challenging technical problems. As a Senior Full-Stack Developer at Awesomic, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the technical vision for our products. You will work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to drive the development of innovative and high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. In this role, you'll be involved in the entire product development lifecycle including the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing features.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, maintain, and document programs primarily in PHP and Javascript.
• Work in a continuous delivery environment, writing production-ready code that is deployed continuously.
• Advising on new technologies and methodologies.
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
• Involve in code review and tech decisions.
• Collaborate with design and user research teams to ensure that products are user-friendly and intuitive.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve existing products.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong technical background with experience in software development, system architecture, and/or other technical domains.
• Experience with PHP/Laravel and JS/React.
• Experience in ML or AI products is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical products.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced startup environment.
