Job summary

Thrive IT Systems in Kraków is seeking a skilled software engineer to contribute to architecture, design scalable backend and fullstack analytics solutions, and deliver robust software through the full SDLC.

You will collaborate across teams, implement best practices, participate in tests and deployment, and help improve production environments with Go, React/Angular familiarity, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Hands on years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Node.js and Web API development expertise.
• Strong SQL and database design experience.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
• Experience across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency B2 or higher.
• Experience supporting production applications and operational environments.
• Understanding of Service Management and Change Management processes.
• Knowledge of Go programming language is desirable.
• Experience with React or Angular frameworks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Participate in software architecture and solution design activities
