Ciklum is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Poland team. You’ll work in a cross-functional group developing production AI agents, with a focus on TypeScript, React, Python, and AWS services such as Lambda and Bedrock.

The role emphasizes multi-agent systems, observability, and secure, scalable architectures. We value hands-on experience with AI tooling, CI/CD, and containerized deployments, plus strong English communication.

Formación

• Strong frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
• Backend experience with Python for services and automation.
• Hands-on AWS beyond serverless including containers (ECS/EKS) and IAM.
• Experience shipping features using LLM APIs (prompts, tool calls, structured output).
• CI/CD knowledge, ideally GitLab CI/CD.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and GraphQL for internal APIs.
• Experience with data stores (NoSQL/SQL) and migrations.

Responsabilidades

• Build production AI agents: develop TS services on AWS (Lambda, Step Functions) using AI SDKs.
• Design agent behavior: define what the model investigates and what code enforces.
• Sandbox agents: build read-only runtimes, scoped tool access, timeout guards.
• Evaluate AI features: create golden sets, production replays, and calibrate models.
• Ensure observability: metrics, logs, alerts in Splunk and VictoriaMetrics.
• Maintain Terraform roots across environments and improve GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Build resilient integrations handling retries, rate limits, and failures.
• Use AI to assist code, review AI-generated changes for security and correctness.
• Configure assistants, skills, hooks, and MCP servers with engineers.
• Build agent-facing tools: React and APIs for summaries, dashboards, and internal tooling.
• Document systems with architecture diagrams, runbooks, and decision records.
