Your role

• 2 years of hands-on mentoring experience, supporting team members in their growth and performance
• Proven track record as a People Lead, not just a Tech Lead—emphasizing mentoring, coaching, performance management, and career development
• Strong academic background in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• Solid understanding of core Web APIs, HTML, and CSS
• Excellent knowledge of React and modern frontend development practices
• A user-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
• Empathetic and supportive personality, passionate about feedback culture and knowledge sharing
• Comfortable working in agile teams, with a collaborative and iterative approach
