Zusammenfassung

ZOE is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a frontend focus to transform marketing campaigns, pricing tests and product launches into fast, reliable experiences across zoe.com. You will work mainly with TypeScript, React and Next.js, while contributing to backend services in Kotlin or Python as needed.

You will own growth initiatives end-to-end and collaborate across marketing, CRM, product and design to drive experiments and results.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong front-end focus.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, React and Next.js, building fast, accessible and well-tested web experiences.
• Experience collaborating with commercial functions such as marketing, growth, sales or CRM, and turning business goals into product outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with experimentation and analytics, such as A/B testing, funnel analysis.
• Work autonomously: take ownership of ambiguous problems and keep stakeholders informed.
• Knowledge of a backend language (Python, Kotlin or Java) and comfortable making backend changes.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment with a fast pace and shifting priorities.

Aufgaben

• Own growth initiatives end to end: from shaping the idea with commercial partners to technical delivery and measurement.
• Partner with commercial teams to deliver campaigns, launches and acquisition journeys.
• Design, launch and analyse A/B tests with analysts to guide what to build next.
• Build fast, high-converting zoe.com experiences across landing pages, sign-up and checkout.
• Adapt to changing priorities and make pragmatic trade-offs on what to build or defer.
• Shape APIs and backend changes in Kotlin or Python when growth features need them.
• Contribute to the design system and shared component library for rapid shipping.
• Ship continuously: release to production daily with robust testing and monitoring.
