The role emphasizes mentoring, improving code standards, and contributing to customer experience while leveraging Agile practices and CI/CD in cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience on online products with large codebases and a significant user base.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS, CSS Modules, and responsive design.
• Experience with testing libraries such as Jest and React Testing Library.
• Experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Familiarity with Webpack, Babel or Vite.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments such as GCP or AWS.
• Experience working in Agile environments and delivering results.
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants to improve productivity in software delivery.
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining solutions within a high-availability infrastructure, focusing on customer experience and performance.
• Designing and implementing new projects in collaboration with colleagues and external partners.
• Working with modern technologies within a microservices architecture.
• Contributing to a data-driven and experimental development approach, including A/B testing and insights-driven feature development.
• Mentoring junior and mid-level developers and supporting their technical growth.
• Improving coding standards, development processes, testing practices, tools and team collaboration.
