Job summary

Cundall’s Building Services team in Warsaw seeks an experienced Intermediate/Senior Fire & Hydraulics Engineer to lead hydraulic and fire protection design for new and existing buildings.

You will coordinate with other disciplines, contribute to reports, engage with clients, and help mentor less experienced engineers while advancing innovative design practices. The role offers a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with flexible start times and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with hydraulics and fire protection knowledge.
• Familiar with NFPA, FM Global, and related standards.
• Knowledge of facilities management ops and local authority rules.
• Experience with REVIT/BIM delivery.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Experience in other fire protection systems is a plus.
• Polish language at least basic.
• Valid work permit to work in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hydraulic and fire protection design for projects.
• Coordinate hydraulics with other engineering disciplines.
• Produce client reports and stay up to date with industry requirements.
• Support business development and mentor junior engineers.
