Mars Global Services in Warsaw is seeking a Data Assets Model Senior Analyst to own the enterprise finance data lake and ensure data integrity, governance, and reliable reporting. You will manage pipelines, models, and cross-functional collaboration with OneStream, CFIN, and PAPM teams.

The role requires strong Azure Data Platform skills, experience with data lake governance, and the ability to communicate across multiple levels. Hybrid work up to 50% is available.

Formación

• Bachelor's or higher in a data-related field with strong analytics background.
• Experience with enterprise data lakes, governance and finance data is a plus.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into data solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain the finance data lake platform as part of management reporting.
• Provide user support for data lake consumers across analytics and reporting tools.
• Create and manage data pipelines for period close and plan submissions.
• Maintain data models, schemas and hierarchies to meet changing needs.
• Ensure alignment of data lake with OneStream, CFIN, PAPM and related systems.
• Collaborate with platform teams, data engineers, and owners of source systems.
• Manage access provisioning and data governance, including catalog controls.
• Maintain technical documentation and training materials.
• Perform period-end data loads, validations and reconciliations.
• Support data restatements and financial data integrity initiatives.
