Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Finance/Analytics professional to join the EPM COE, driving world-class financial planning and reporting across Corporate and Business Units.

You will support Oracle EPM applications, contribute to HFM cloud transition, and deliver enhancements to improve business insights. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Data Analytics and at least 3+ years in finance or analytics, with strong Excel skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across a matrix organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics.
• 3+ years of experience in Finance or Analytics.
• Experience with Oracle applications (Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM) or similar tools.
• Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Corporate and Business Unit FP&A teams to ensure financial apps meet requirements.
• Provide functional support for Oracle EPM Applications on planning and reporting processes.
• Support HFM migration from On-Premise to EPM Cloud, including testing and training.
• Collaborate with Finance users to design and deliver enhancements to EPM applications.
• Maintain and evolve Planning functionality as business requirements change.
• Work with Controllership on data loads, mappings, month-end close, and forecast consolidation.
• Identify training opportunities to improve EPM application support.
