Job description
* A candidate with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a change role, including at least 3 years as a Finance Change Project Manager managing projects with budgets ranging from £1-3 million.* The ability to work efficiently under pressure, demonstrating resilience and a willingness to explore new working methods and solutions to motivate the project team and achieve desired outcomes.* Experience in financial projects (ideally including accounting processes).* A strong foundation in project management skills, including agile methodologies, covering all phases from discovery to benefits realisation. Comprehensive understanding of delivery tools and project management best practices.* Proficiency in working with senior stakeholders (up to CIO level) with strong influencing abilities to challenge and implement change effectively.* Leadership experience in team management and matrix management, including coordination with third parties and offshore teams.* Confident in risk and dependency management.* An understanding of key finance functions within the context of financial services products.* Experience in managing technical systems delivery.* Familiarity with technical dependency mapping and tracking.Cafeteria system of benefits (e.g. MultiSport card) Attractive office location in Warsaw - Gdański Business Center Most of our people are smart working – spending also time in our office - combining the benefits of flexibility, with time together with colleagues.
