About the Role

Global Residential Fire, a business unit of Kidde Global Systems, is seeking a high‑performing Senior Finance Manager to lead financial management across the EMEA region. This role has full ownership of all finance activities, including forecasting and budgeting, financial reporting, margin analytics, customer and supplier evaluation, and functional reporting. The position reports functionally to the Global CFO and operationally to the Regional General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Finance Leader for EMEA, partnering closely with regional leadership to deliver key financial and operational results.
  • Own and continuously improve FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities; provide actionable insights to enhance business results.
  • Assess customer, product, and channel profitability to support commercial negotiations and strategic development.
  • Build and refine pricing models, evaluating financial impacts and supporting margin improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present management reports, business reviews, strategic plans, and investment analyses.
  • Streamline, standardize, and automate financial processes across business units, with a focus on sales forecasting, margin analytics, and inventory/E&O reduction.
  • Monitor project spending, ensuring alignment with budgets, forecasts, and compliance standards.
  • Act as a key partner to cross‑functional teams, influencing decisions and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years in a financial management role (FP&A, controlling, strategic finance).
  • Proven leadership experience and a strong business‑partnering approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of key accounting principles and financial management concepts.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities, including complex modeling and analytics.
  • Significant experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Full professional fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced digital and analytical skills (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, BI/automation tools).
  • Industry experience in manufacturing, B2B/B2C, or global/matrix organizations.
  • Demonstrated success working in matrix environments and navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Systems expertise and a strong data‑driven mindset.

Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company’s performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
