Job Purpose

This role exists to support financial processes such as transfer pricing, reporting, and variance analysis. You’ll deliver insights to Finance Business Partners, drive process improvements, support audits, and collaborate with key stakeholders across Procurement, Controlling, and Supply Chain. You’ll maintain and improve the various Transfer Pricing reports. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as first point of contact for the Business Unit Finance Directors and the Business Unit Finance Managers in Europe
  • Being the linking pin between the internal Supply Chain Financial Services team and external teams for transfer pricing specific information
  • Coordinate the Business Plan & Quarterly TP update processes between SCFS team and 3rd party subcontractors
  • Facilitate the Transfer Price corrections and strengthen the controls process
  • Develop impact analyses and prepare communication of changes in Transfer Prices
  • Deliver understanding & transparency of Supply Chain cost developments (Actuals vs. Forecast)
  • Maintain and develop various TP reporting using relevant tools (PowerBI, PowerQuery etc.)
  • Lead projects for further development of the analytical support provided to the external stakeholderse
  • Lead projects for continuous improvement in team processes
Required Qualifications
  • University degree in Finance (minimum Bachelor)
  • Minimum of 2 years of finance working experience preferably in finance business partnering
  • Excellent MS Excel Skills. Power BI/ Power Query is required.
  • Effective Communication: Fluent in English, oral and written.
  • Analytical thinking, problem solving attitude.
